Vision Quest 8 Week Session

The last phase of the year sees the gradual shift back toward structured training after the low-key Maintenance phase (well, as low-key as VQ athletes go). As such, it is appropriately named Transition. There is a dual emphasis during these eight weeks on cycling-specific strength and pedaling skills, with workouts including a mix of low-cadence SE intervals, high-cadence drills and single-legged pedaling.
