Join us for a refreshing aqua bike this coming Sat. and as usual we will be leaving from B3 at 630am. Pace is 19-21 mph. It is 16 miles there and then a 1000 or 2000 meter swim. Your choice. Then ride back to B3 with a total of 32 miles. Might be the last chance before the water gets to cold.
